  • You find it hard to stick to planners, systems and routines.

  • You have all-or-nothing thinking, abandoning plans if things don’t unfold as expected or you don’t do things “perfectly”.

  • You feel stuck and directionless.

  • You’ll replace chaos with clarity, knowing what to focus on and when.

  • You’ll build routines that support your energy, health, and well-being.

  • You’ll handle setbacks with flexibility and self-trust.

  • You’ll clarify your values, define your direction, and build a path that feels aligned.

The Universals

Common struggles my clients face, no matter their stage of life or career:

Work with me to find solutions!

Maintaining focus, either feeling stuck on boring tasks or hyperfocusing on the wrong things

Managing communication, paperwork, and admin tasks (emails, appointments, insurance)

Staying productive without external structure or deadlines

Deciding what to work on now and where they’re headed long-term

Starting and finishing larger projects at home, work, or school

Keeping up with daily life tasks, self-care, and routines

Who I Work With

Students, Creatives, and Professionals with Executive Functioning Challenges or ADHD

  • I help college students track assignments, start long term projects well before their due dates, timeblock daily work sessions, keep up with communication from professors and peers, and make effective use of school supports and accommodations. In addition, we work on attaining balance between social and academic life, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise, sleep and dietary routines, and caring for their living environment.

  • I work with creatives who have ideas and vision, but may feel blocked by anxiety, perfectionism, or difficulty translating ideas into manageable steps. We build schedules for creative work that align with their natural daily energy, establish creative accountability through community and colleagues, and develop rituals that sustain inspiration and momentum.

  • I work with professionals who feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities and help them prioritize their work, get started on tasks, catch up when they feel behind, advocate for themselves when they need support, and create systems for tracking progress, managing inboxes, and maintaining timely communication.
